How we handle feedback
Positive reviews help neighbors find a local, repair-first tech. Critical feedback should start with a phone call when possible so we can fix process issues. We will not fabricate testimonials or paste the same quote on every service page.
Reviews and SEO honesty
Some sites inject fake AggregateRating markup to show a made-up 4.9. We do not. Stars shown above only illustrate the customer comments on this page—not a sitewide average we invented for search engines. For the fullest public set, open our Google Business Profile.
