Our story
Full Time Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company based in Watertown, Minnesota. Founder Jason spent years as a lead technician—including at Precision Heating and Cooling—before launching Full Time when he wanted customers to keep access to personalized, small-shop service.
The name matches the commitment: when heat or cooling fails, you need someone who treats the job as a full-time responsibility, not a side hustle between sales appointments.
