Commercial HVAC Repair & Maintenance
Rooftop units, quarterly maintenance, flexible scheduling, and repair-first recommendations for offices, retail, and small facilities.
When commercial heating or cooling fails, the cost is more than a repair invoice—it is lost productivity, unhappy tenants, and sometimes spoiled inventory. Full Time Heating & Cooling supports West Metro businesses with commercial HVAC maintenance, rooftop repair, and planned replacements that minimize downtime.
We still default to repair when a unit has life left. On a Plymouth-area office job, we repaired a 15-year-old Carrier rooftop with a refrigerant leak at a thin metal rub point and restored cooling—avoiding a roughly $17,000 replacement. That is the standard we aim for on every commercial diagnosis.

Rooftop unit repair and replacement
RTUs take weather abuse. We troubleshoot compressors, economizers, ignition systems, controls, and refrigerant circuits. When replacement is required, we support load calculations, multi-zone needs, utility rebate paperwork where applicable, and install timing that limits business disruption.
Who we work with
Offices, retail spaces, and light commercial properties in towns such as Plymouth, Shorewood, Chaska, Minnetonka, and other West Metro communities on our locations list. Residential sister services remain available for owner-occupied mixed-use properties.
“Jason does an excellent job on my multiple rooftop units on my commercial office space. Efficient, affordable and always on time!”
